CAC Abogados chooses DialApplet as provider of call center solutions.

Colombian recovery management company  installed  the DialApplet Call Center Suite version  to improve the ratio of recovery of its customers.

CAC Abogados, with offices in Bogotá, Medellín, Cali and Barranquilla, and more than 150 positions, is a leader in the sector of consultants companies and portfolio managers. They have a high specialization,  a recovery cycle of collection-based 4-stage preventive, administrative and legal, as well as a management of the quality based on the standard ISO 9001: 2008 certified by Bureau Veritas Certification.
Before this announcement, CAC Abogados has been testing  the call center solutions  of DialApplet in its headquarters in Bogotá, with the goal of  training staff and interacting with the third party customers applications. Into the words of Vicente Cervera: "thanks to DialApplet we have successfully automated all processes of recoveries. A fundamental part has been the speed with which we have got automated the  update of  our client database ". On the other hand adds: "the rapidity  in the resolution of problems in the implementation has been key in this success".

The project management was conducted by the Colombian company specialized in services of Voip, SETIC Ltda. Javier Alfonso Cocunubo, director of engineering, says: "the proximity of DialApplet has been key in the success of this project, at all times they have been outstanding to the needs of the project  adapting to the requirements". "It is worth noting the support received both in the pre-sales phase, attending of  DialApplet representatives  from Spain to  the customer, and  in the post-sales phase adapting to different time zones  ".
