We will be participating together with the Association of Call Center of Chile on June 14 in Customer Service & Contact Centers Summit.
The event will take place at the Hotel Grand Hyatt Santiago (Avenue Kennedy 4601 Santiago) and will begins al 8:30 am. The Summit brings together the leaders of the Chilean Call Center market.
Within our policy of constant support for the Contact Center industry ,this is the second time in the last two months that we support the Chilean industry training events.
Last April we organized the 2nd OpenContact Forum where we could see the latest solutions in:
- Solutions to ensure the quality of service and customer retention.
- C2C or electronic Lead a new approach to the Telesales.
- Applications, savings and trends of VoIP in the Call Center.
- Chile, going towards the BPO.
