After the registration in the cloud and the thests, the training period begins with TESI.

The training carries an associated cost. This will be delivered and invoiced directly from TESI company.

IP Telephony:

DialApplet works with IP Telephony. In case to work with analogic technology you should have a gateway* to convert this technology to SIP protocol.

DialApplet offers in the licesement a PBX dialer only for outbound calls in the realized interviews with Gandía Integra Module CatiNet of the Tesi company.

*The configurations is not included in the estandar start-up, so it can be paying hours of configuration. Consult it.

On-Premise Projects

To begin with the installation of our solution it is essential to comply with the following technical characteristics:

VERSIONS:

Version of Asterisk: 11.X certified.

 Version of Linux: Centos 6.X o 7.X (preferably 6.X).

PROCESSOR:

For platforms of up to 35 positions it is possible to have a shared server for Asterisk and DB, for a higher number it is recommended to separate Asterisk of the DB.

Up to 35 positions

Intel® Xeon® Processor E3-1220v2, 4C/4T, 3.10GHz, 8M Cache, 69W, Turbo , 8GB Memory, 500 GB HD

Up to 60 positions

1 X Intel® Xeon® Processor E5-2440, 32GB Memory, 2 TB HD

The bandwidth for each webclientit is 60 Kbps on average (Data + Voice). It depends to a large extent on codec:

G729 => 30 Kbps of average total (Data + Voice)

GSM => 50 Kbps of average total (Data + Voice)

G711 => 90 Kbps of average total (Data + Voice)

Once verified and confirmed compliance with the requirements requested by DialApplet you must provide us with the SSH access data to the server (IP, user and password) to begin with the installation.

The installation process lasts for 5 days from receipt of access data.

After the installation and testing begin the training period with TESI.

The requirements and planning detailed above respond to the characteristics necessary for an environment in which it has not been previously worked, that is, new servers in which a solution for the issuance of calls is installed for the first time. If the server provided to DialApplet is a server that has already been in production and the conditions were different, installation times may also vary.

DialApplet is not responsible for delays caused by non-compliance with the requirements or the failure to provide correct access data to the server for the start of the installation. During the start-up process, DialApplet needs direct access by SSH to the servers of Asterisk and DDBB for the installation and configuration of the necessary components for the use of our call and contact center solution. Access will be made during the hours of 9:00 h. at 2:00 p.m. and from 15:30 h. at 6:30 p.m. (Spain).
