Jump Start Service

This section describes the terms and conditions applicable to the Dialapplet start-up service.

The customer when making the payment agrees to comply with the terms and conditions described below.

The DialApplet start-up services include the installation, configuration and training of the supervisor. We have called this set of services Jump Start.

Specifically, the set of Jump Start services are:

On-Premise Services

 Validation of compliance with the minimum requirements requested by Dialapplet for the start of installation / configuration: S.O, processor, space, memory, Internet connection, etc.
 Installation / configuration Asterisk
 Installation / configuration PostgreSql.
 Installation / configuration Zend.
 Installation / configuration Web server
 Installation / configuration Web interface.
 Installation / configuration Marker
 Installation / configuration Multichannel
 Support for the installation of desktop applets / web client.
 On-line training of the solution at functional level (10 hours)
 Joint configuration of up to 2 services and 2 scriptings *
 Monitoring of the Call Center the first 2 days.

 Discharge of the service
 Company creation
 Creation of users for initial access
 Creating services, call modes and example scripting
 Trunk configuration
 Configuring outgoing and incoming routes
 Validation and verification tests
 Joint configuration of up to 2 services and 2 scriptings *
 On-line training of the solution at functional level (10 hours)
 Support and functional advice
 Monitoring during the first two days of putting into production

For a better service the training and putting into production must be coordinated and planned in advance with the Project team.

*If after the training, during the process of configuration of the environment for the entry into production, requires the assistance of one of our experts we will put at your disposal staff that will help you to configure up to 2 services and 2 scriptings. The date and time of configuration must be previously consulted with the Projects team and will have a maximum duration of 4 hours.

Observations

DialApplet is not responsible for any changes made by third parties in the servers once the installation is completed and verified the proper functioning of the platform. If these changes imply a reinstallation of the solution, this would be considered as a new installation and should be billed.

Communication between Dialapplet extensions and extensions of other call center systems is not included in the start-up service, this service must be billed separately.
